Ingredientes
Massa:
400 g de farinha de trigo
200 g de manteiga sem sal
5 colheres de sopa de água gelada
3 colheres de sopa de açúcar
1 pitada de sal
2 ovos para a massa
Para finalizar:
1 ovo
2 colheres de chá de água
Recheio:
1 kg de maçã
1 xícara de chá de açúcar
1 colher e meia de sopa de farinha de trigo
raspas de 1/2 limão
1 colher de chá de canela em pó
Modo de Preparo
Massa:
Misture a farinha, o açúcar e o sal
Adicione a manteiga e a água fria
Misture com as mãos até que a manteiga esteja bem dissolvida e a mistura pareça uma farofa
Quebre os dois ovos num copo e misture levemente com um garfo
Junte os ovos à farofa e misture rapidamente, sem sovar, até obter uma massa homogênea
Embrulhe em papel filme e guarde na geladeira enquanto prepara o recheio
Recheio:
Descasque as maçãs e corte-as em cubinhos, sem utilizar o miolo ( cabos e sementes)
Numa tigela misture a canela, o açúcar, a farinha de trigo, as raspas de limão e as maçãs
Estique a massa com um rolo formando 2 discos, sendo que um deles ligeiramente maior para forrar a forma embaixo e dos lados .
Numa forma redonda de 20 ou 30cm, untada com azeite e farinha de trigo
coloque o disco maior, sobre esse disco coloque o recheio, cubra o
recheio com o resto da massa e una as massas apertando com os dedos
Utilize uma gema batida com a água para passar sobre a massa, para que ela fique douradinha ao assar Leve ao forno médio ( 180ºC), preaquecido, por aproximadamente 30 minutos ou até dourar.

How to Prepare

In a bowl mix the cinnamon, sugar, flour, lemon zest and apples
Stretch the dough with a rolling pin to form two disks, one of which slightly more to line the bottom and sides form.
In a round of 20 or 30cm, greased with olive oil and place the flour larger disk on this disc put the filling, cover the filling with the rest of the dough and join the masses pressing with fingers
Use an egg wash with water to pass over the dough, so it is golden brown in the oven to bake medium (180 º C), preheated for about 30 minutes or until golden.
