Bolo de maçã
Ingredientes:
4 maçãs nacionais sem casca cortadas em pedaços
2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
4 ovos
1/2 xícara de óleo
2 colheres (sopa) de fermento
1 pitada de sal
Modo de Preparo
Peneire as gemas, acrescenta as claras e bata bem.

Peneire o trigo juntamente com o fermento e o sal. Acrescente aos poucos e mexa.
Coloque numa fôrma retangular (26 cm x 17 cm) untada. Polvilhe com açúcar e canela.
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido (200°C) por aproximadamente 30 minutos ou até que ao espetar um palito ele saia limpo.
