Pear Cake
ingredients:
4 pears
180 gr of margarine
200 gr of sugar
200 g cake flour
4 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
preparation:
Peel the pears and cut them into chunks. In a bowl mix the softened butter with the sugar and beat well until smooth. Then add the eggs and then flour and cinnamon. Grease well a form of English cake, line the bottom with parchment paper and grease again. Cover the bottom with pieces of pears and cover with the dough. Bake about 30 min or even verify that it is cooked. The oven temperature is 180 degrees.

Bolo de Pera
Ingredientes:
4 pêras
180 gr de margarina
200 gr de açúcar
200 gr de farinha com fermento
4 ovos
1 colher de chá de canela
Preparação:
Descascar as pêras e cortá-las em pedaços grossos. Numa tigela misturar a margarina amolecida com o açúcar e bater bem até obter um creme. Depois juntar os ovos inteiros e em seguida a canela e a farinha. Untar muito bem uma forma de bolo inglês, forrar o fundo com papel vegetal e voltar a untar. Cobrir o fundo com os pedaços de pêra e cobrir com a massa. Levar ao forno cerca de 30 min ou até verificar que está cozido. A temperatura do forno é de 180 graus.
