Cream of peas
ingredients:
1 kg of frozen peas.
2 onions, chopped.
Salt and pepper.
A pinch of sugar.
A pinch of nutmeg.
4 Cs of cream.
1 Cs butter.
Crouton.
Sauté onion in butter. Once the onion is transparent add the peas and 3/4 liter of water. Season with nutmeg and cook for 15 minutes, and covered over low heat.
Grind everything to smooth and creamy. Add the cream and sprinkle with pepper and salt and a pinch of sugar. Garnish with cubes of bread and serve.
